Hey, I'm Ellie
Founder of EMBER

For over a decade I've worked with creative minds to build the capacity required to sustain high-level work.
My career began in the fashion industry, where I experienced firsthand the intensity that sits behind creative work. That experience pushed me to find tools that helped me hold pressure differently. Yoga, somatic practice, and mindfulness became my toolkit for staying steady inside intensity.
Since 2012 I've taught across London and internationally, working with private clients ranging from industry leaders to public figures. Over time my work has narrowed toward one specific person: the ambitious creative carrying real pressure, without the tools to manage it sustainably.
EMBER was built from a simple observation:
Talent isn't the issue. Capacity is.
This retreat is a first step toward building yours.
Come back to yourself. Then watch what becomes possible.
