EMBER is built for creatives who are serious about their work,  but tired of holding the pressure alone.

At a certain point, the question stops being: how do I grow? It becomes: can I hold the level of pressure I'm stepping into?

That's the question most creative spaces don't address.

They offer strategy, structure, accountability — all useful things. But when the work starts to feel like something you're drowning under rather than something you're creating from, you don't need another thing to overwhelm you. You need tools that actually expand your capacity to hold it.

That's what EMBER is built around.

Inside, you'll find live classes, monthly group coaching calls, and a practice library organised by where you actually are:

🖤 Activate — energising yoga and mixed movement to build momentum and clarity

🖤 Restore — yin, restorative yoga, and yoga nidra to soften and restore your vitality

🖤 Regulate — somatic integration practices to stabilise your creative energy

🖤 Rewire — mindset and visualisation to shift what's been running on repeat

🖤 Meditate — short practices to reset, realign, and cultivate an anchored space within

🖤 Breathe — breathwork tools to shift your state or release what's ready to go

🖤 Express — tools to share your work with conviction, without performing

🖤 Lead — cultivate clarity on where you're heading, and move through fear, doubt, and inner pressure.

🖤 Ritual — intentional courses to deepen intuition and anchor your process

The membership also runs in monthly themes, so there's a full arc of transformation over the year, not just a library of videos to fill the time.

Come back whenever you need to. The door is always open.

EMBER was created by Ellie Foden: somatic coach, yoga teacher, and former Vogue + Tatler-featured fashion designer.

Losing her fashion label during Covid, and everything that came before it, is why this space exists.

Ellie has spent over 13 years studying the intersection of the body, the creative mind, and what it actually takes to sustain meaningful work. She's studied under the most respected teachers in the Ashtanga yoga lineage in India, as well as some of the brightest minds in Somatic Integration, and worked privately with clients from Hollywood stars to Middle Eastern royals — through bodywork, yoga, and somatic coaching.

She built EMBER because she needed it first. And because she knows the gap between how capable you appear on the outside and how much you're holding on the inside... and that closing it is absolutely possible.
