Creative work is intense.
No one teaches us how to hold that.
So pressure turns into burnout, and talent turns into self-doubt.
Most of us are just told to cope.
Very few are taught how to actually build the capacity to keep going.

EMBER is built for creatives who are serious about their work — but tired of holding the pressure alone.
It supports creatives to:
✔ Strengthen conviction in their creative voice
✔ Build the capacity to handle intensity without burning out
✔ Reduce second-guessing and think clearly under pressure
✔ Develop steady self-trust in high-stakes environments
Inside, you’ll learn practical yoga, mindfulness and somatic regulation tools — not as escape, but as ways to increase clarity, resilience and creative stamina.
• Navigating high-stakes client presentations without internal panic
• Giving and receiving creative feedback without defensiveness
• Maintaining clarity during tight turnaround periods
• Reducing second-guessing in leadership decisions
• Preventing burnout cycles before they impact output
• Strengthening team dynamics through greater emotional regulation and self-awareness

What You’ll Find Inside
Sessions are organised by the internal states creatives cycle through while working under pressure — so you can access the right tool at the right moment.
Hey, I'm Ellie

For over a decade, I’ve worked with creative minds to build the capacity required to sustain high-level work.
My career began in the fashion industry, where I experienced firsthand the intensity that often sits behind creative work. That experience pushed me to find tools that helped me hold pressure differently. From then on, yoga, mindfulness and somatic practice became my toolkit for staying steady inside intensity.
Since 2012, I’ve taught across London and internationally, working with private clients from industry leaders to public figures.
Over time, my work has narrowed toward ambitious creatives carrying real pressure, without the tools to manage it sustainably.
EMBER was built from a simple observation: talent isn’t the issue. Capacity is.
My work focuses on helping creatives stay steady enough to do their best work... and keep doing it.
The impact in practice
“I feel more committed to my work, more conviction in my creative choices, and more trust in what I’m doing. I can now feel decisions somatically — that’s a big one for me.”
Olivia
“Be ready for numerous ‘ah-ha’ moments. You’ll see your blind spots and discover the roots of your fears and self-doubt.”
Earl
“Not only have I started painting again after months of avoiding it, but I’m painting fearlessly with freedom and curiosity. My style has completely transformed.”
Sarah
Creative pressure doesn’t need to turn into burnout.
